STEP ONE:  Consult & Assess

We will come to your home or office for a free consultation to assess your organization needs, overall goals, and how you want your space to function according to your lifestyle or work process.  (Please don’t tidy up before the consultation.  There’s no need to feel embarrassed or judged – we’re here to help and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process!

STEP TWO:  Propose & Budget

We will send you a step-by-step proposal of how we can address your organizing needs & goals, an estimate of time each step should take, and an overview of how much you should budget for the project.  If you choose to proceed, we will work with you to set up a schedule for us to come in and transform your space on your terms.

STEP THREE:  Purge, Purge, Purge!

Under your guidance, we will eliminate unused and unnecessary objects…as many items as you’re willing to sell, donate, recycle or throw out in order to maximize your existing space.  (We won’t pressure you to get rid of anything you don’t want to, but it usually helps to have a fresh perspective when deciding what to purge.)

STEP FOUR:  Categorize & Consolidate

We generally like to start with a blank canvas by removing most of your things from the space that you want re-organized.  We group related items into functional categories and consolidate similar objects into any existing containers you may already possess.

STEP FIVE:  Clean, Clean, Clean!

We de-clutter, dust, scrub and Windex every closet, cabinet, shelf, drawer, storage bin, etc. as well as all of your belongings that will go back into it…just as if you were moving in for the first time.  An organized space must ultimately begin as a pristinely clean space!

STEP SIX:  Plan & Purchase

We online casino assess the space, storage possibilities and item categories to determine where to arrange everything according to how you function and how to best display them.  We will consult with you to determine if any additional organizational items should be purchased (shelving, files, extra storage, decorative containers vs. hidden-away organizers, etc.).

STEP SEVEN:  Divide, Label & Conquer!

We dive right in and place each and every one of your possessions into its new home.  We create sections that flow and lay out efficiently based on your routines.  We file, label and color-coordinate everything.  We place every object and container in a way that is visually pleasing and that co-exists with your personal tastes and interior design.  We merge function with style!
